Indulge in a 3-course dinner featuring several chef created specials from our upcoming menu July 22-31! Choose one appetizer, one entree and one dessert for just $30 per person!

APPETIZERS
Heirloom Tomato Salad
Ripe heirloom tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese on a bed of arugula greens, with a champagne and orange vinaigrette and garnished with basil pesto.

Fried Green Tomatoes
Breaded green tomatoes fried crisp and served with warm pimento cheese.

ENTREES
Jim Beam Braised Short Ribs
Braised short ribs slow cooked for hours, served over roasted garlic parsnip puree, served with mustard greens and crispy parsnip chips.

Shrimp & Grits
Cajun-spiced shrimp, spicy chorizo pork sausage, onions, bell peppers and Creole barbeque sauce, served over stone-ground cheddar cheese grits and topped with cornmeal crusted okra.

Gnocchi & Wild Mushrooms
Potato dumplings tossed with seared wild mushrooms and a cream reduction.

DESSERTS
Peanut Butter Cheesecake
A brownie based layer and peanut butter cheese cake topped with whipped cream, chunks of peanut butter cups and pure chocolate drizzle.

Mountain Dew Cake
Tangy, sweet, moist lemon cake with a sweet Mountain Dew glaze.
